Documents & Application
Gather all the required documents so we can review & submit your application.
- You need your P60 and your 3 most recent months payslips
- Salary certificate that has been signed & stamped by your employer
- Bank statements for the last 6 months
Mortgage Approval
On approval you can now make an offer on a property and do the following:
- Obtain a value on your new home from an IAVI registered valuer
- Sign all legal paperwork in the presence of your solicitor
- We will help you arrange Home and Life insurance, its a legal requirement.
Drawdown & Legal
Your offer was accepted so you can now purchase your new home
- Get solicitor to do final signoff on all documents
- Your solicitor will engage with your estate agent to draw down the funds
- Estate agents gives you your keys and your new home is officially yours
